Subject: ovni i was witness in 1981 of an unexplainable phenomenon. At the time we lived with my old son of 2 anda half years old son and my companion in a small apartment located street of the charmettes at villeurbanne. We had in this apartment a multitude of aquariums, my companion being impassioned of aquariophilie. I was awaked suddenly at appriximately 1 a.m. by the stopping of the water filtration pumps of the aquariums. At the same moment my son then deeply asleep started to yell, and I saw skrting our open windows three kinds of small apparatuses of a fluorescent green, these apparatuses released a strong ammonia odor. after their passage the pumps went back to function. As soon as the next day I phoned EDF [state power company] to know if there had been an interruption of power in our sector and it were answered to me by the negative. I make a point of specifying that during the passage of these strange apparatuses, I had a feeling of panic and discomfort on the level of my skin. Did this situation already occur somewhere?
