Subject: UFO sighting Hello, Yesterday evening (July 15, 2006) at approximately 00h45 I observed from my window an object which, initially, appeared commonplace to me. A satellite? (no of luminous intermittent flashes like the planes). Then I believed it was an Ultralight, but no noise of engine! (I was at that time in the most complete silence. except for some insects). The object seemed to float, "to sail" quietly, then it amde a 90 degrees turn, very slow. It seemed to slow down then to set out again at a sharp pace (no fireworks at this hours, I am certain). The observation lasted approximately 2 minutes and my girlfriend was there (it is a pleasure not to be alone in such an occasion)... I thought of a sailplane but the accelerations seemed to me to be out of reach for type of aircraft. The object, thus, emitted a very very gentle gleam. It was easy to follow it but once you looked away it was difficult to find it again. It was composed of 2 very weak red/orange turn... with always this feeling of undulation.. as if it was in searching, observed a precise place... Very odd, but certainly explainable;) Tell me if you had echoes in my area (observation made in Picardy, near Saint-Quentin in Aisne). Regards, |
