INVERCARGILL, July 28.
The mysterious light in the sky seen at Orepuki last night is described as like the headlight of an engine, but brighter. Sometimes it was stationary, at others it travelled fast, passing over the Princess Range. It was also seen at Wairio on Saturday night in the, centre of a black body.

An Opoho resident claims to have seen an airship at Opoho, North East Valley, at two this morning. He says he was awakened by, a great noise.
