Château-Chinon, August 26. -- Mr. Jules Roussot, farmer in St Hilaire in Morvan (the Nievre) stated to have seen in the sky, a kind of incandescent sphere which moved without noise in direction of Château-Chinon.
According to Jules Roussot, the sphere was preceded, and not followed, of a dazzling gleam of reddish brown color and comprised two ailerons and 20 or 30 tubes.
