CARACAS, August 1. -- Shortly after 11 p.m. last night a luminous object which crossed the sky from East to West at tremendous speed was seen over Cumana.
The strange object was seen by various people as they left on of the movie theaters of this city.
The object gave off yellow lights similar to a flying saucer surrounded by flames.
The object, which crossed the sky over Cumana, was reportedly seen a few minutes before in the lown of Lecheria, in the Anzoategui state.
