Saint-Etienne. An unidentified flying object was seen in the sky of Saint-Etienne.
One of the main witnesses to the phenomenon, Marcel Baralon; retired from the Air Force, said he had observed during forty-five minutes with the aid of a telescope, a yellow ball bearing black circles that moved at 2000 meters altitude and had a peak speed he estimated at 200 km/[h]. This was accompanied by a loud noise covering the TV sound.
