A flying object was seen above the military camp of La Courtine, in the Corr ze.
According to observers, it is not an airplane or a helicopter, nor an observation balloon, since the night was dark, and this object had a luminous device on its summit.
It appeared circular in shape and reddish in color. According to the same sources, it reportedly moved at a fairly low altitude, in the North-East-South-East direction, emitting a very noticeable whistling sound.
This object does not appear to have been seen anywhere else in the area.
