About 16 witnesses including a policeman saw a UFO with rotating red, blue, and off-white to amber lights. It remained stationary quite high in the sky for possibly a half-hour. It began drifting slowly toward Earth and then shot down at high speed. After some 40 minutes the object darted horizontally in a northeasterly direction.
