NEWARK, Nov. 14 (UPI). -- Unidentified flying objects were reported in four separate sections of northern New Jersey yesterday. The objects were described as triangular in shape and changing colors from red to white to green.
Mrs. Joseph Liantino of East Orange said she was driving with her husband and two children along the Garden State Parkway when she saw "a big disk in the sky hovering over Brielle." She said it had changed color repeatedly.
Some 90 minutes later, Ronnie Hemmel reported seeing a three-pointed illuminated object over her home in Caldwell.
Then, two hours later, another object was reported sighted in Colonia and lingered overhead for about an hour. "It looked like a star," said Frederick Urrutia, who noted there were 17 other witnesses watching the object hover in the sky.
At the same time, policemen in Woodbridge reported four calls to them from persons who said they were "watching flying saucers."
