The article below was published in the daily newspaper La Nouvelle République, France, on February 5, 1985.
It took Mr. Serge Lessault, residing at "La Chesnaye", in Céré-la-Ronde, to reach his 73th birthday to see what can be described as a UFO. He told us that he had seen, around 10 p.m., on the horizon, above the hillside, a light. Mr. Lessault had time to look for his binoculars to observe the phenomenon. "A big red ball that remained motionless in the clear sky". And our reader who got tired of this observation after five minutes, thinks he saw the UFO reported by customs officers, in the South, in the same night.
