A MYSTERIOUS CRAFT
remained for an hour
above an Egyptian airfield

Alexandria, October 10. -- From an official source it is stated that a mysterious craft remained in the air above the control tower of the Musha aerodrome for one hour last night.

The craft, shaped like an elongated "saucer," changed color, shifting from red to orange, then from green to gray, before departing at lightning speed (Reuter).

A man from Carcassonne reportedly saw two people on board

Carcassonne, October 10. -- Jean Bertrand, mechanic, 100 Rue Voltaire, reportedly sighted a flying saucer on Saturday around 4 p.m. According to statements Mr. Bertrand is said to have made to friends, it was while he was returning from test-driving a car that, on the Limoux road on the Maquens hill, near Carcassonne, he allegedly spotted a craft in the sky.

According to Mr. Bertrand's statements, the craft was round in shape and appeared to be made of very shiny metal. The upper part seemed to consist of a dome made of plastic material. Still according to Mr. Bertrand, the craft was at a fairly low altitude, since the witness claims he was able to distinguish two human silhouettes.

The device disappeared at high speed heading East-South-East.

A luminous sphere in the sky over Decazeville

Decazeville, October 10. -- On Saturday evening, around 8:30 p.m., on Avenue Cabrol, Mr. Paul Delbos, U.C.M. Decazeville, residing in Le Broual, saw in the sky a luminous sphere whose color was alternately white or orange. This glow persisted for about ten minutes before disappearing.

... and in the sky over Cesseras

Montpellier, October 10. -- At the end of the day, around 7:10 p.m., a mysterious craft was seen by several persons considered entirely trustworthy, to the southwest of the village.

It had an elongated shape and its brightness was similar to that of a piece of iron heated white-hot, projecting showers of sparks.

The craft was visible for a few minutes and disappeared in the direction of the Pyrenees.
