BREST. -- A naval engineering officer, who wishes to remain anonymous, reported that on Thursday around 8, he saw a very bright disc in the direction of Plougastel, located at an altitude of about 8,000 meters. It appeared to be a sort of convex lens. His wife also observed the phenomenon, and while the engineer went to get binoculars to get a better look at the disc, it disappeared into the clouds.
