In the Saône-et-Loire and the Gard, U.F.O.s have been talked about in recent days.
Near Uzès (Gard), on Thursday evening, a couple of young people from Nice went to the Saintes-Chaptes gendarmerie to report that an unidentified flying object had come to rest above the hood of their car.
Without wasting time, the gendarmes went to the place of the strange encounter, they saw a mass lit by four flashing red-orange lights which disappeared towards the north. The gendarmes could not distinguish the shape of the mysterious craft which, according to motorists, made no noise.
For his part, a farmer from Lays-sur-Doubs, near Pierre-de-Bresse (Saône-et-Loire) observed that a furrow eight meters long, two meters wide and about forty centimeters had been traced in a plot of barley whose growth reached about six centimeters.
On the surface of the furrow, a grayish substance was noticed which was sampled.
