Did unidentified flying objects fly over Istres Friday, September 23, about midnight? Mr. Claude Soatto, an inhabitant of this city, stated to have seen during one minute two of these machines, of circular form, lit below. They followed a north-western south-eastern trajectory, i.e. crossing the pond of Berre and moving to Marseilles. The gendarmerie squad of Istres opened an investigation.
