MAHE (Seychelles Islands). -- A mysterious electronic device, measuring approximately 1.20 m by 60 centimeters wide, and believed to be of Russian origin, was discovered by a fisherman, on the reciffe of Praslin, the second island by importance of the Seychelles group.
Consulted American specialists could not say what exactly it was, but they agreed that the device represented a very advanced electronic technique.
Seychelles authorities have seized the device which, it is understood, will soon be sent to British Navy experts.
