MADRID (A.F.P.). -- After Argentina, Spain, several hundred people claimed to have seen flying saucers the day before yesterday, in Palma de Mallorca and Bilbao.
In the Balearic Islands these unidentified flying objects (U.F.U.) [sic] were three in number: in the shape of a truncated cone, they moved at about 3,000 meters. One of them suddenly rose in a few seconds up to 6,000 meters.
In Bilbao, it's [at] 9 of the evening, that hundreds of passers-by saw a flying craft which, suddenly, rose in a spiral, gained altitude and headed towards the Cantabrian mountain range.
