Two flying saucers appeared to the inhabitants of the town of Casttro Contrigo, in the Spanish province of Leon, about 400 km north of Madrid at the dawn of the new year. While they were traditionally going to swallow the twelve grapes which greet, with the twelve strokes of midnight, the year that begins, the inhabitants of Castro Contrigo claim to have seen two UFOs crossing the sky, one in an ascending position, the other in a downward position.
