Gueret. -- A UFO was seen again yesterday in the Creuse, not far from Guéret. It was around 6:10 a.m. when a motorist traveling on the C. D. 940, at a place called "le Breuil", commune of Chapelle-Taille-Fert saw a celestial craft. The motorist, Mr. Henri Gibard, twenty-four years old, factory worker, living in Janaillat (Creuse), who was going to work in Guéret, then stopped his car about 150 meters from the craft to better observe.
Is it the perspective effect? Anyway, Mr. Gibard had the impression that the object was stable, close to the ground, so much so that he thought it had landed. Then suddenly it gained altitude and headed at very high speed in a northwesterly direction.
According to the witness, the craft was round in shape and red in color.
The gendarmes of the Guéret brigade, informed by Mr. Henri Gibard, went to the place where the craft could have landed, but no trace could be found.
Decidedly, the department of Creuse seems to be favored by the UFOs these days.
