The Dutch got their hands on a flying saucer

THE HAGUE. -- The Dutch found in a field a flying saucer measuring about 80 centimeters in diameter, bearing a license plate "3 R.X. Mars," and consisting of a wicker circle covered with silver paper and kept aloft by four large children's balloons.

In a sort of gondola, attached to the wicker circle, a flashlight illuminated the saucer, giving this contraption, at night, a frightening appearance — obviously made by a merry prankster!
