A farmer on the outskirts of town was watching television one night last week when he heard "a terrible rumbling sound and the whole house began to shake."
"At first I thought it was my dog scratching himself and shaking the floor," he told friends. "Then the television started acting up and went off."
"I went out to see what had happened and when I looked up I saw a bright light hovering about 80 feet in the air over the house. Then it moved away and disappeared," he said.
