A schoolmaster and a fireman of the town of Cutralco (Argentinian) claimed to have filmed a UFO at a very low altitude. According to the teacher, Luis Luna, "a power outage occurred in the entire city," when a flying saucer passed by. "Suddenly, we saw an intense blue light in the sky. The craft stopped three meters above the ground and remained motionless during a few seconds."
