A "flying disc" said to have followed the flight of the Loide plane

SÃO LUÍS, 16 (FOLHAS) The news that a "flying saucer" accompanied a Lóide Aereo aircraft, while it was flying to our capital, is told by the commander of the plane, com. Dantas. Here is what he told us about this case.

- "Piloting the C-46 registered PP-LDL, I was on the final point of flight 830 of the Rio-São Luís route, with stops in Belo Horizonte, Goiania and Carolina, when, approaching the landing strip, I saw an apparatus that took the same route than the plane, namely the runway C-6, Tirirical airport, in this capital, adapted for IFA flights, when it was precisely 08:30 p.m..

"Fearing a collision, I immediately called the crew - co-pilot Fajardo, radio Washington, inspector Pedal and dispatcher Gonçalo - to prove the fact, and I called the tower of the FAB [Brazilian Air Forces], asking if there were any reports of other aircraft preparing to land. A negative response being received, I immediately tried to reconstruct the vision, and these soldiers also observed my observation.

"So for security reasons I did two turns in the traffic until I saw the luminous "flying saucer" disappear on the horizon, developing an incredible speed. I landed my plane, hearing on this occasion some passengers speaking, telling they had also seen the "disc".

"When I return to Rio, I will report the event to the Brazilian Air Force authorities."

COMMUNIQUE

We also note that FAB authorities in the capital communicated the incident to the air zone, which in turn forwarded it to the Ministry of Aeronautics.

It is therefore likely that the crew of the Loide plane will be heard by the authorities of the Aeronautics.

"Disco Voador" teria acompanhado o voo do aparelho do Lóide

Dantas.

Recebi resposta negativa e imediatamente procurei reconstituir a visão, tendo aqueles militares tambem constatado a minha observação.
