THE ADMIRALTY IN WASHINGTON SAYS THAT THE V-173 (above), A PLANE WITHOUT WINGS, NICKNAMED "THE FLYING PANCAKE" IS THE ONLY APPARATUS WHICH WOULD HAVE MATCHED THE DESCRIPTIONSOF THE "FLYING SAUCERS" WHICH HAVE BEEN SEEN IN THE WEST OF THE UNITED STATES. THE ADMIRALTY ADDS THAT THE ONLY PLANE OF THIS TYPE AHS NEVER LEFT BRIDGEPORT, IN CONNECTICUT. THE MYSTERY REMAINS WHOLE!
