A strange phenomenon complicated the flight of a plane in Bariloche

The flight engineer Jorge Allende said that "the object came at a speed of some 2.000 km/h" and that "the speed and the movement of the object are impossible to describe."

Escorted by the light

The lights were also seen by aGendarmeria [Police] plane which, 600 meters higher, prepared to veer for landing. The chief of the grouping of Bariloche, Commander Major Jesus Angel Fino, informed that Cheyenne GN705 of this force, controlled by Commander Zipuzak, was to take a patient for transfer in Buenos Aires.

"From this plane we confirmed that the Aerolinas airplane was followed by a very intense light", informs Garcia. Power off and nerves off

Carlos Angueira, president of the Association of the Friends of Astronomy, "discarded that it was a meteorite, because they do not stop in the middle of the sky nor do they follow a parabolic trajectory. It cannot be a refraction phenomenon either, reflections in clouds with ice crystals."

Avec les mêmes données mais avec l'expérience vécue encore fraîche, le pilote de l'avion a été encouragé à raconter le moment où il a arrêté l'avion: "En atterrissant, je suis resté cinq minutes à attendre dans la carlingue, parce que j'avais l'estomac retourné".

Un extraño fenómeno complicó el vuelo de un avión en Bariloche

Fue el lunes a las 20.15. El piloto del vuelo 674 de Aerolineas Argentina dijo que la luz "parécia que iba a chocar el aparato, pero se detuvo a unos cien metros de la nave." En ese momento habia un apagón en tierra y el personal de la torre del aeropuerto dijo que "los instrumentos de control se enloquecieron".

Un luz intensa, de provedence no identificada, siguló durante 15 minutos a un avión de Aerolineas Argentinas que se aproximaba al Aeropuerto de Bariloche para aterrizar. Durante la aparición del fenómeno - que coincidió con un apagón en toda la ciudad - fallaron los instrumentos de la torre de control. Mucha gente dijo que lo habia visto.

El hecho ocurrió el lunes a las 20.15, cuando el vuelo 674 de Aerolineas, comandado por el piloto Jorge Pulanco, iniciaba las manobrias de aproximación. Quince minutos antes de la hora prevista para el aterrizaje, un corte de luz en el aeropuerto obligó al aparato a permanecer en espera durante diez minutos, hasta que se estrableció la energia.

En ese momento comenzó a acercarse una luz al avión, por lo que Polanco preguntó a la torre de control si habia otro aparato "con rumbo convergente" al aeropuerto. "Le dijimos que no - contó a Clarin el jefe de turno, suboficial principal Daniel Garcia-. Pero al mismo tiempo vimos que se acercaba al avion una luz entre ambar y blanca, una especie de estrella pero bastante mas grande y con una luz de lo mas intensa."

Polanco comentó a Clarin que "parecia que la luz iba a chocer con nuestra nave, pero se detuvo a unos 100 metros de nosostros." (ver Tenia forma...). El piloto relató que la luz hizo un giro extraño acompañando el viraje del avión, y se colocó en forma paralela, a 100 metros. El ingeniero de vuelo Jorge Allende dijó que "el objeto venia a una velocidad de unos 2.000 km/h" y que "tanto esa velocidad como el movimiento del objeto son imposibles de describir."

Escoltado por la luz

La luces tambien fueron avistadas por un avión de la Gendarmeria que, 600 metros mas arriba, esparaba turno para aterrizar. El jefe de la agrupación en Bariloche, comandante mayor Jesus Angel Fino, informó que el Cheyenne GN705 de esa fuerza, piloteado por el comandante Zipuzak, debia recocer a un bebe enfermo para trasladario a Buenos Aires.

"Desde ese avión nos confirmaros que la maquina de Aerolinas estaba siendo de coltada por una luz muy intensa", informe Garcia. La azafata Ana Maria Cancela, qui viajaba en ese vuelo, contó que posteriormiente, "la tripulación de Gendarmeria nos dijo que creian que esa luz nos iba a chocar." El mayor Jorge Oviedo, maxima autoridad del aeropuerto, dijo que "el personal de meteorologia, de la torre de control, el piloto y la tripulacion del avión avistaron un ovni."

Durante el avistaje, el suboficial ayudante Blanco y el cabo principal informaron a Garcia que "se habia eloquecido" el instrumental de control. A bordo del avión, segun el piloto, los paratos funcionaban bien. Pero en la torre "algunos instrumentos empezaron a inverse para un lado y para el otro sin nungun sentido", indicó Garcia.

Otre apagón y nervios

Cuando el avión comenzó a avanzar hacia la pista, se cortó la luz en toda la ciudad, sin que existant hasta ahora explicaciones del arpagón. El descendo debió ser nuevamente postergado.

"Los pasajeros se pusieron nerviosos - recordó la azafata - Se agarraren de las manos y empezaron a mirarnos a nosostras, para ver qué haciamos. Nadie pensó que era un ovni. Los pasajeros de la primera filas advirtieron quelas luces que nos acompañaban, pero ne se veian a simple vista (la cabina estaba iluminada), y tuvieron que asomarse."

Garcia contó: "Mientras poniamos en funcionamiento el grupo electrógeno del aeropuerto, el avión tomó de nuevo, altuga en dirección, al lago Nahuel Huapi, y entonces vimos que la luz se acercaba mucho mas." El aparato se mantuvo sobrevolando la zona a 3.000 metros hasta que se autorizó el aterrizaje. Polanco señalo: "Al vernos descender se perdió a toda velocidad hacia el sudeste."

Carlos Angueira, presidente de la Asociacion Amigos de la Astronomia, "descató que haya sido un meteorito, porque no se detienen en aire y siguen una trayectora de parabola. Tampoco puede ser un fenómeno de refracción, de reflejos en nubes con cristales de hielo."

Con los mismos datos pero con la experiencia vivida todavia fresca, el piloto del avión se animó a descibir cómo se sentia cuando detuvo la maquina: "Al aterrizar tuve que espera cinco minutos en la cabina, porque tenia el corazón en la boca".
