OTTAWA -- It appears even aliens are plugged into the Alberta Advantage. Just as Canada is set to post a new record in UFO sightings, close encounters of the Wild Rose kind are also soaring -- on pace to nearly double last year's total of 67.
Nationally, more than 400 sightings were filed through the end of July, compared with just over 300 by this time last year.
