Washington, August 24. -- The aviation journal "Aviation Week Magazine" announced Monday that two enormous meteors are currently orbiting the Earth, at distances of 450 and 1,500 kilometers respectively.
The journal specifies that the announcement of this discovery had thrown senior air force officers into disarray, which only ended when Dr. Lincoln La Paz, director of the Institute of Extraterrestrial Bodies at the University of New Mexico, was able to establish that it was a natural phenomenon and not artificial craft.
"Aviation Week Magazine" adds that Dr. La Paz had to go to the Mount Palomar Observatory to be certain that they were indeed meteors.
