Moulins, September 20. -- A resident of Moulins had gone over the weekend to Rongères, a small town in the Allier, when on Sunday afternoon, around 4:30 p.m., he saw in the sky a cigar-shaped craft, and a few seconds later, a second object shaped like a globe. This globe, very bright, described a circle in 15 seconds and then quickly headed southeast.
This account only became known this evening, following a report that the resident of Moulins, whose identity has not been disclosed, sent to the prefect of the Allier.
