UFOS where I live?

I wondered if there are UFO sighting reports in my own region, Alsace, in France. What are the cases? How many are there? Were they investigated, mentioned in the local or national media? What is the proportion of hoaxes, misinterpretations? Time to start to investigate...

Observation in Mulhouse, 1993:

Location:	Mulhouse - Lutterbach, department 68, Haut-Rhin
Date:	03.08.1993 evening
Number of witness:	Multiple, including policemen
Type:	Orange luminous spot.
Duration:	At least 15 minutes.

Brief report:

Police officers of service of the police station of Mulhouse were alerted by witnesses of a luminous phenomenon. A patrol sent to check it out could note the presence of a large luminous spot of orange color, visible in the sky over Lutterbach. The light persisted approximately a quarter of hour. The airport did not detect anything on radar.
