On March 30, 2018, on the ufology wesite of the MUFON (USA), a story appeared about an observation of the evening of March 29, 2018. The witness said he observed a light in the sky of Hyères, in the Var, France, from 9:00 p.m. to 11 p.m. in direction North-East and East and "very high."
The light was twinkling and moving with "small movements", "like a star but too bright for a star, impossible for a satellite because the movements were fast and irregular (circles, to the right, the left, up and bottom) as if it danced, planes passed by (comparison of the signal lights of the planes: regular flashes: the object: continuous light very bright plus flash of different color".
The observation was made at least in part with binoculars, which showed "no outline but difficult to see at night, only the lights and colors were visible."
The witness tried to film with his phone "but only the flashes emitted by the object were captured so too bad quality."
He indicates:
"Undefinable height because planes passed below and seemed very high (flight cruising altitude). The sky was very clear without any cloud and I was outside (so no window reflection)... I first thought of a drone (moving more light) but after two hours of continuous observation I do not know any drone capable of such autonomy, moreover I asked another person at home to come and see and she observed the same phenomenon! The object was still there! And was still there when I went to bed at 11:15 p.m.! Personal feelings: unaffected but amazed because this is my first observation of this kind."
I thought it might have been Venus, but it went below the horizon at 8:30 pm on that date and from there. The observation, however, has many characteristics of an astronomical misinterpretation, and has no particular strangeness.
One Kerry Forides said on "Storyful" and "Facebook" that he filmed a possible UFO or a "strange aircraft" while flying as passenger over the Aegean Sea on way to Athens, Greece, on March 28, 2018. The vide appeared on "Youtube":

This looks quite like some trail from a rocket or missile, or the possible trail of a MiG Russian jet fighter - these are know for leaving "dirty" trails.
A story published in English on the MUFON website (USA), reports alleged events in the Bobital sector in Brittany, France, on March 24, 2018:
"Saturday 03/24/2018 around 04:30 / 45 p.m. with my 14-year-old son we went to drop my daughter at her girlfriend's 400 m from our house, we were walking, returning home when we saw near the fields 4 to 5 a matte black vehicle looking like a pickup limousine, these men all came out of the car at the same time, these men were dressed in a black suit, fitted suit jacket, size about 1m80 / 1m85 they tooks bins, white carboys and jars from their car, in the bins they put earth of the field, and in the jars water collected at the edge of the fields, we did not stop, we continued our way while looking at what they were doing then in less than 5 min they left very quickly, with my son we went back where they were then we noticed a big circle in the field as it had been burned, we took some pictures, and we returned home!
"At 6 p.m. my son went back to his friend's home to meet his sister, then went to the place where the men had taken their samples, strange thing no trace of shovel, and no trace of steps in the field which is surprising knowing that here it has been raining for several days.
"The next day I went back to the place and asked several neighbors if they had seen or heard anything the day before to see the previous day, all of them were unanimous, nobody saw or even heard, let alone saw these vehicles or the men in question!
"It intrigues us a lot, what are these men doing here, why this circle in this field? And I also want to point out that these men saw us well but at no time did they call us or even look at us, just the time to pass in front of them and continue our journey."
