A "luminous circle" reported in Alsace, France.

A "luminous circle" reported in Alsace, France:

The ufology and amateur astronomy association SPICA says a sighting took plave "in Alsace" on June 16, 2016, at 00:05 a.m. A witness observed a luminous circle, clear, of light green color, with a bright light on the circle. The association opened an investigation and says they will inform of their results on their website.

The association asks other potentiential witnesses to contact them.
