Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

In December 2006, Peruvian ufologist Lucy Pla informed by email ufologist Albert Rosales that on December 6, 2006, in the Lima area, Peru, John Condori, aged 25, heard noises outside, and went to investigate.

He then saw a bizarre creature standing on top of the carport. He described the creature as about 2 meters in height, dark green in color and with two huge eyes.

The creature moved in a strange waddling manner and emitted a powerful nauseating odor.

The witness also heard a strange "air-vacuum" type noise and reported that the creature jumped from the carport and disappeared into the darkness. A greenish sticky substance was reportedly found on the roof of the carport.
