On NUFORC website administered by US ufologist Peter Davenport, people can report their sightings. A man told there that on April 29, 2006, he saw a UFO above some trees, with two lights and a large window, and two entities inside. The entities looked at each other and the silent craft left. His wife did not want to look at it.
The man, writing in capital letters and without punctuation, adds something not very clear about change in plants which he would have answered in an article on the web and something about someone not very smart who could not type after he saw the UFO. He wonders why there are more UFOs here as he saw less UFO in another country where he lived previously.

Albert Rosales indicates that in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on April 29, 2006, at 06:00 p.m., a man and his wife were walking towards an apartment complex from their car when above the trees in front of them they saw what at first they thought was a small plane, but they noticed that it had no sound with two lights and a large "picture window" like that of a car. As it got closer they could see two beings behind the window on each side of the craft. The man pointed at the object but his wife no longer wanted to look. As he stared at the craft the two beings looked at each other and then the craft and quickly disappeared from sight.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is NUFORC and comments that the two beings are not described.
The case only consists in a report written in a sighting report web form. The writing is not very good, nor very informative. The lack of punctuation, the use of capitals and the allusion to changes in plants and apparently numerous other sightings are not necessarily positive elements. No investigation has followed, to my knowledge.
