Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

One Miroslav Minchev wrote in 2003 on a web page US UFO/paranormal website that "a series of documented cases shows" that the "mysterious 'men in black' are much too real only to be dismissed as an illusionary trick of light and shadows, or the creation of a highly imaginative brain." He continues by telling that in 1989 an unidentified flying object hung over the house of a resident in the village of Karapelit, near Dobrich. "The woman who lived inside encountered a dark-coloured creature. Another object landed near Dobrich and left a powder-like substance behind it, identified as polypropilene used in space technologies."

It seems there is nothing more to it.

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Karapelit, Bulgaria, on 1989, at night, as an unidentified flying object hung over a house of a local resident the woman who lived inside encountered a dark colored humanoid. Another object landed near Dobrich and left a powder-like substance on the scene, it was identified as polyprolilene used in space technologies. No other information.

Rosales indicates that the source is Miroslav Minchev, Bulgaria.

If this is really a "documented case" I would very much appreciate to see its documentation.
