Manitoba ufologist Chris Rutkowski wrote a remarkable study of the question of the alien abductions. One thing he explains is that alleged abduction scenarios are not all of the same stuff, and offers a number of first hand case synopsis. One of them was told to him by a woman living in the suburb of Toronto, a soft and gentle person in her twenties.
The woman told him that in the beginning of 1985, she lived on the ground floor of a 3-levels building in a populated outside part of Toronto, Canada, at a few hundred meters from a hydro station.
She said that one morning, two hours before sunrise, a craft of some sort landed in the back alley near her window. As apparently nobody saw it, she told Rutkowski that drivers and other people there must have been put to a sleep mode.
She said the occupants of the UFO took her out of the window and put her in a black limousine "two parking spaces" long and making a "whooshing" sound. On board the craft, the aliens told her they were only examining her but operated on her and removed "eggs". The also operated surgery on a kidney problem she had; which her owned doctor had said must be operated. The woman claimed that it left no scar as they were "cutting between the cells."
She claimed they put an "implant" in her kidney to ease the pain, and that a doctor had later seen it using ultrasounds, but it was later flushed out the urinary track and lost.
The aliens showed her adult human bodies that they were "growing" from fetuses floating in a liquid in tanks. She said the bodies grow in only four days to complete adulthood, but they had no "spirit." she said she complained to the aliens about that process but they responded that is was justified because humans do the same with animals.
During the first abduction, a female alien told her that humans treat other with disrespect and pollute their planet and "spill or waste our seeds."
She described the aliens as human in appearance, but then discovered that they were the typical "Greys" with large bald head, large wrap-around eyes, and that their human appearance had just been an illusion they project in the mind by telepathy.
She said she did not use hypnosis to remember the abduction, "because" of the traumatic experience of a miscarriage which had affected her.
In later abductions, she said, she saw aliens removing sperm and ova from other abducted people, and alien/human hybrids, as well as another abductee named Ellen Robertson who claimed to her that she was a "missing person" from Rhode Island. She could not learn more about her as she was taken to what the aliens said was a "vivisection room"; which frightened her and was, according to her, the reason she did not dare to speak about her abductions for several weeks.
Eventually she nevertheless told the media about her experience, and became a "part-time Christian minister" in Ontario and a vegetarian, because of what she saw in the alien's craft. She told the media that she believes to have been chosen to tell her revelations to the world.

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates that near Toronto, Ontario, in 1985, before sunrise, Veronica, who lived on the ground floor of an apartment complex on the outskirts of Toronto, saw a small craft of some sort land in the back alley near her window. She thinks mass autosuggestion was used on the drivers of vehicles in the area at the time. Veronica was taken by the occupants of the craft out her window and told she was being placed in a black limo. However the "limousine" took up two parking spaces and made a whooshing sound. On board the craft the aliens removed "eggs" informing her they were merely examining them. They also operated on her kidney leaving behind an "implant." Veronica had the impression that the aliens were human in appearance, but discovered they were actually the so-called "grays," possessing large baldheads and large wrap-around eyes, projecting the telepathic illusion of human appearance. While captive on the alien craft, Veronica was shown adult human bodies that had been "grown" from fetuses floating in liquid-filled tanks.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is Chris A. Rutkowski, Abductions & Aliens: What's really going on?
As pointed out by Chris Rutkowski, the case belongs both to the abduction stories and the traditional "contactees" who say they were chosen to make some "revelations" to the world.
The case is somehow typical of a certain "class" of claims: those comprising many opportunities to collect evidence, but where evidence is never really collected, which is also a common feature with the "contactees" lore. As ufologist Aimé Michel already noted in 1956, contactees bring back extraordinary claims, but never the least piece of hard evidence, not even some alien dust, hair, or any object. Here we also have the almost traditional "implant" and its observation by a third party unfortunately never documented, and the traditional loss of the aforesaid implant. All this obviously leads to skepticism as of the reality of the alleged experiences.
However, the matter is certainly not correctly put to rest with only one answer, and I want to say that Rutkowski's excellent book of the matter does well explain the traps of simplifications and generalizations on the matter; I strongly recommend it to the people who would agree that we do not have all the answers yet, those who are genuinely interested in the matter, those who did not just choose scoffing nor the belief in all that is told on the subject by the more "famous" figures of abuctology.
