Don Worley reported in UFO Universe in summer 1993 that in Riverview, Kentucky, at an undefined date in 1983, at daytime, a woman was sitting in her front porch and her two children were sitting on top of a nearby tree, when suddenly she felt paralyzed and three strange white face figures appeared.
They wore black suits, dark glasses, hats, and gloves, they approached her witness. One carried a suitcase from where he took out a tube-like device with a flat needle and took blood from the woman.
After these beings left, she apparently could not recall the incident, and only remembered much later.

Points to consider:
It is very unfortunate that there are no elements of cridbility from the summary of this weird "men-in-black" type story, which does not seem related to UFOs.
