Argentinean ufologist Oscar Allemano reported that on February 26, 1979, at 08:30 p.m., Ernaldo Camusoni, 49, was cutting brush at the entrance of a farm where he is in duty as a rural representative, in Serodino, Santa Fe province, Argentina.
He was surprised when everything became illuminated behind his back, turning the darkness into day.
When he turned around, he saw a red-purplish object, 5 meters in diameter. It approached and landed 40 meters away from him. He tried to make out what the object looked like, but the light emanating from it was too intense to see details. The shape was like a truncated cone.
As he approached the object, he saw a strange luminous figure, 1 meter tall, emerge from its rear. The figure appeared to of a of a strong physical constitution and robot-like, lacking any arms, and it did not move its body when it walked. Its head appeared to be of normal size, but it had what appeared to be a trunk-like object coming from the area of the face. It wore a very shiny outfit. The robot entity walked towards the witness, approached to within three meters, and stood silently, as observing him.
Camusoni did not feel afraid, but curious. Apparently the creature did not want to communicate since it suddenly wheeled around, returning to the object and being lost of sight behind it.
The craft then rose up and went out of sight at high speed towards the south, making a rushing sound. The whole encounter lasted five minutes.
The next day, a circle of dry vegetation was found, some 14 meter in diameter, with odd symmetrical traces inside.

In the back part of the UFO, a humanoid appeared, little more than 1 m of size, but of a strong physical constitution. The occupant of the UFO advanced in direction of the witness and, when it had crossed some 3 m, it stopped as if observing him, turned back, and went back to the object, which then started to rise vertically, to leave at an important speed in the same direction as it came from (southern). There is unfortunately only one witness for the encounter of high strangeness. However, it is interesting that it shares none of the usual traits of the "contactees" hoaxes and is not nearly explainable as some confusion.
