Ufologist Bill Chalker reportedly indicated in 1989 that sometime between 1978 and 1982 in New South Wales, a Sydney woman woke up feeling agitated and heard a voice. Figures appeared and said to come with them. She went through a doorway into a room where she watched a scene on a screen. This screen showed pictures of her future life, which later came true. The case is said to be currently under active investigation.
Another version claims it happened in Sydney, in 1978, with the figures apparently human like but identical to each other like clones, and that in the "TV Studio" she saw herself, her husband, and her daughter on a viewing screen, apparently walking through a shopping center.

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, in 1978, at night, the female witness suddenly woke up feeling agitated and heard a voice. Several figures apparently human like but identical to each other like clones, appeared, and directed her to come with them. She was then pushed through a doorway into a room that resembled a TV studio room. She then saw herself, her husband, and her daughter on a viewing screen, apparently walking through a shopping center. This scene was apparently a prediction of a future event. No other information.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is "Keith Basterfield."
The experience is reported nearly 30 years after it happened, at a very vague date "between 1978 and 1982". The witness is a unique witness, anonymous, her age at the time of the experience is not reported.
The experience starts when the witness is asleep.
I was unable to locate any investigation report on the case.
It is thus very possible that what happened is that a young girl had a very vivid dream or experienced an hypnagogic hallucination episode, then, nearly 30 years later, while having some memories of the experience, and having made readings about alien abductions, she would have discussed with some "abductionist" ufologists who use hypnosis and naturally "reinforce" the experience, convincing her that she was indeed abducted by aliens when in fact all of it was only a vivid dream or hallucinatory memories.
Although hypnagogic experiences are now quite understood in the medical literature on non-pathological sleep disorders and sleep phenomena, although there are knowledgeable ufologists who understand this phenomenon, many other ufologists are still unable to identify such causes when they apply and still believe such experiences are alien encounters or alien abductions.
I provide a few references among dozens about the topic of hypnagogic hallucination and sleep paralysis:
