According to australian ufologist Keith Basterfild, the TUFOIC ufology group said that on November 28, 1978, in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, at 02:00, a woman saw two figures 15 meters away.

They were human shaped, 0.75 meters tall. The front figure had a light coloured T-shirt effect on its upper half. No hands nor feet were visible. She left the figures there and went to bed.

The Australian ufologist indicates that on November 28, 1978, in Hobart, Tasmania, 0200hrs, a woman resident outside saw two figures 15m away. Human shaped, 75cm tall. The front figure had on its upper half a light coloured T-shirt effect. No hands nor feet were visible. She left the figures there and went to bed.

Keith Basterfield indicates the source as "TUFOIC."

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Channel, Tasmania, Australia, on November 28, 1978, at 0200 a.m., a witness in a caravan is disturbed by noises outside, he goes out to investigate and sees two short squat figures nearby. The upper half of the figures is white, with some type of head cover; they seem to be moving their arms. The witness becomes frightened and goes back inside. No other information.

Albert Rosales indicates that the source is "Keith Roberts, Tufoic Tasmania."

The website indicates that on November 28, 1978, at 02:00, in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, there was a close encounter with a an unidentified craft and humanoid occupants. An unidentified object at close range and its occupants were observed by one female witness in a yard for five minutes.
