Valdimir Azhazha, a UFO book author from Russia, apparently claimed in a 1998 book that in the Izmailovskiy region, Russia, on September 28, 1978, at 1500-1600, as her husband worked on repairing the ceiling chandelier, a 40-year-old woman suddenly noticed a short humanoid figure standing in the balcony and facing the window.
She stared in fascination at the figure, she described it as having a disproportionately large and wide head with a glowing yellow face with definite Asian features. It had narrow pale lips and mouth, a samm chin, a snub-like nose with large nostrils. The eyes were of usual size but slanted. She saw no ears. It had something dark covering its head.
Somehow the creature gave the witness an overall impression of curiosity and benevolence staring directly at her. The creature moved its head from side to side and then vanished.

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in the Izmailovskiy region, Russia, on September 28, 1978, at 1500-1600, as her husband worked on repairing the ceiling chandelier, the 40-year-old witness suddenly noticed a short humanoid figure standing in the balcony and facing the window. The witness stared in fascination at the figure, which she described as having a disproportionately large and wide head with definite Asian features. It had narrow pale lips and mouth, the chin is small and it has a snub-like nose with large visible nostrils. Eyes are of usual size but slanted. Somehow the creature gave the witness an overall impression of curiosity and benevolence and stared directly at the witness. She could not see any ears and it had something dark covering its head. The color of the face was brilliant yellow. The creature moved its head from side to side and then vanished.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is "V G Azhazha 'Another Life'"
"professor" Vladimir G. Azhazha, a ufologist and "paranormal expert" of the Russian lunatic fringe who used to invent all sort of stories, as explained and demonstrated by Russian ufologist Boris Shurinov in his book "Les OVNIS en Russie". This is why I must regard this sensational story as most probably one of these many baseless stories propagated by Azhazha.
