In Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, in February 1978 or on February 4, 1978, at 10:00 p.m., a young student was out walking when he heard a wavering sharp siren type sound.
Looking up, he sighted a saucer-shaped object hovering close to the ground. Through a transparent section on the saucer's dome, he saw several moving figures inside.
This sparse information apparently comes from a 1979 Canadian ufology book by John Musgrave.
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, on February 4, 1978, at 2200, a young student was out walking when he heard a wavering sharp siren type sound, looking up he sighted a saucer shaped object hovering close to the ground. Through a transparent section on the dome, several moving figures could be seen inside. No other information.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is "John Brent Musgrave, UFO Occupants and Critters."
The website indicates that in February 1978 at 22:00 in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, "Boy sees disc hover near ground. Figures more around inside under transparent dome." And: "An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One disc was observed by one male child in a city for over one minute. A silhouetted being was seen."
