Brief summary of the event and follow-up:
In the Ufo-Press magazine, of Buenos Aires, in April 1979, and in a bulletin by the ufology group CEFAI, a sighting for January 28, 1978, at 05:30 p.m., in Sarandi, State of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is noted as follows:
"Francisco Asis Miro, his wife and other witnesses, observed a phenomenon of unknown characteristics. It was a half-sphere similar to a parachute, with, underneath, a character of human appearance and dark color. It was suspended and it evolved during roughly an hour, until disappearing."
It is possible that it was a man practicing ascending parachute.
