It seems that French science fiction author and sensationalist ufologist Jimmy Guieu was the only to report, in his 1992 book, that one Florisval de Jesusa met the extraterrestrials, at the time of his military service, one evening about midnight in 1975, in guard duty in Salto Osorio, Brazil. He allegedly saw a dazzling light which then decreased in intensity and let him saw a strange craft two men in metallic suits.
He allegedly heard a voice of an alien named "Hitz Mitz" tell him: "We will come to get you on May 4, 1976 at 7 o'clock in the morning, at Mata Burro", a passage connecting the two edges of a fault at a fazenda.
On May 4, 1976, he was at the cattle ranch Agropecuaria Planalto, and allegedly disappeared indeed, at at 7 a.m.. His entourage had not taken the story of the initial warning very seriously and started to look for him on their own, then asked the police for help, and he was allegedly found at 6 p.m. by an army plane 50 km from the place where he had disappeared, with a broken ankle and unable to talk.
Able again to talk a week later, he told that he was taken into a craft and on return, he broke his ankle jumping from a 4 meters height, as the craft that brought him back was unable to go down lower to deposit him.

[Ref. go1:] GENEVIEVE VAN OVERMEIRE:
The author indicates that already at the time of his military duty, one evening about midnight, on guard duty in Salto Osorio, Florisval de Jesus had seen a dazzling light which then decreased in intensity thus letting him distinguish a strange apparatus and two men wearing metallized clothing.
He had heard a voice of an extraterrestrial named Hitz Mitz who told him: "We will come to get you on May 4, 1976 at 7 o'clock in the morning, in Matta Burro", a passage connecting the two edges of a fault of a fazenda.
On May 4, 1976, he was at the cattle ranch Agropecuaria Planalto, and he indeed disappeared at 7 o'clock in the morning.
His entourage who had not taken very seriously the story of the first warning started to look for him on their own, then asked for the help of the police forces (...) and he was found at 6 p.m. by an army plane at 50 km from the place where he had disappeared. He had a broken ankle and could not speak any more (...)
When he could speak again one week later, he told that it had been brought on board an apparatus and that on return, he had broken ankle from jumping of a 4 meters height, the machine which brought him back had been unable to get closer to the ground to deposit him (...)
Godelieve van Overmeire indicates the the only source for the story is again Jimmy Guieu alone, in "Nos maîtres les extraterrestres", Presses de la Cité 1992, pages 90, 91.
[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Salto Osorio, Mato Grosso, Brazil, in 1975, at midnight, Florisval de Jesus Ferreira, a soldier, saw a dazzling bright luminous object. From it, a voice came, saying "May fourth of 1976. We will come for you at seven in the morning, on the second crop gathering of the plantation." He could see 2 men in the object, dressed in something metallic. Then the UFO disappeared.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is Mimi Hynek, quoting a newspaper source.
Mimi Hynek: Mimi Hynek was the spouse of the late Dr. Joseph Allen Hynek, astronomer, consultant of the US Air Force as regards UFOs from the very start of the 50's, and a founder of ufology. Mimi Hynek contributed much to the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS) activities.
"Hitz-Mitz": I found this expression appears in Basque texts, which I cannot understand, but they seems to be in connection with the puzzles or a brand of puzzle games, in other texts it seems to be in connection with hallucinations. However, in a Basque/French dictionary, while I found "promise, word" for hitz, the word mitz or the espression hitz-mitz do not seem to be referenced.
I carried out a research in the available literature and on Internet concerning the case, and there is no trace apart from those given here. In particular, no Brazilian listing or website mentions the case, nor did I find where Mimi Hynek would have reported about it.
I carried out a search on Internet concerning the places. Salto Osorio does exist in Brazil, but not in the State of Matto Grosso but in the State of Parana. Mata Burro does not have any mention, but a Mato Burro is a actually a sort of small wood and metal bridge build so that the cows cannot use it, and it can thus correspond to a place known locally only. There is plethora of ranches named Agropecuária Planalto, though I found none in the Matto Grosso.
