Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

It seems a norwegian UFO bulletin reported in 1980 that in Oslo, near Ris, Norway, on late Summer 1974, in the evening, a woman was working in a field when she spotted a metallic oval shaped craft descending close to her.

She could hear what sounded like some unknown type of music emanating from the object as it landed only about 3 meters from the witness, while a door opened and three 2-meters tall men with long blond hair and wearing dark tight-fitting blue flight suits emerged.

Using friendly gestures, they invited the witness onboard the craft, but afraid, she refused and ran away from the area, so that she did not see the craft and occupants depart.

It took several years before the witness, whom, we are told, has a good reputation in town, was able to speak about her experience

Points to consider:

The brief story with spares description and missing basic information such as the hour, the exact place, the age of the witness etc., does look more likely to be just some story of unfathomable origin than an investigated case. It is thus completely impossible to conclude something about it further than to say it could be a hoax, or extraterrestrial visitors - with unlikely "long blonde hair" and "blue flight suits" - or some confusion that ended in a very distorted text.
