During investigations on CE3 reports near the Ika-Renault car factory of Santa Isabel, Argentina, ufologist Oscar A. Galindez learned that a lady of the last name Quiroga, residing in the trimmings of the factory, saw around 11:30 p.m. on September 27, 1972 a luminous object which, by means of a "crystal tube", recovered in this area a "person" of humanoid appearance.
Galindez specifies that he could not obtain confirmation of the report.

[Ref. og1:] OSCAR A. GALINDEZ:
A lady of the last name Quiroga, residing in the trimmings of the Ika-Renault factory, in Santa Isabel, Argentina, saw around 11:30 p.m. on September 27, 1972 a luminous object which, by means of a "crystal tube", recovered in this area a "person" of humanoid appearance.
Galindez specifies that he could not obtain confirmation. He quotes this report in the context of the other UFO and occupants events there at that time.
[Ref. mb1:] MICHEL BOUGARD:
The author reports that among the many cases of observations of UFOs and occupants at and in the surroundings of Santa Isabel, Argentina, noted ufologist Oscar A. Galindez received the testimony of a woman named Quiroga, who lived near the Ika-Renault factory where others such events took place that day.
This woman is said to have seen at approximately 11:30 p.m. that September 27, 1972, a luminous object which had a kind of conduit resembling a "crystal tube", which picked up a person of human appearance.
Michel Bougard specifies that he cannot confirm this testimony. From the reading of the chapter devoted by the author to these cases, it comes out that this one too seem to have been published in the Spanish magazine Stendek #15 of December 1973 - March 1974, pages 15 to 30.
[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Santa Isabel, Cordoba, Argentina, on September 27, 1972, at 11:30 p.m., among sightings by independent witnesses, one sighting was by a lady named Quiroga, who saw near a local auto plant a luminous object which by means of a solid beam of blue light picked up a tall humanoid entity.
It apparently took the being up through the tube of light and into the object.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is Oscar A. Galindez, FSR Vol. 21 # 5.
It seems that Oscar Galindez could not get to interview this witness. The interest in the brief report resides in the fact that similar but better documented and investigated reported came from the same place at the same day.
