A bulletin of UFOs and the parnormal seems to have published in 1994 a letter by one Linda Biafore who told that in White Mountains, Arizona, in 1965, at night, several Indian youths were walking along a railroad track when a freight train approached, they all jumped on it and a few moments later jumped out into some bushes alongside the railroad tracks. They then noticed a strong odor in the air, resembling blood; they then found four dead stiff cows on a nearby field. One of the witnesses looked back as the others were all lying on the ground apparently sleeping. Her next recollection was of her lying on a table in a round room being examined by four humanoids, two tall, and two short, all wearing robe-like garments. The beings seemed to communicate among themselves by using telepathy. The beings apparently performed some tests on her ovaries.

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in White Mountains, Arizona, in 1965, at night, several Indian youths were walking along a railroad track when a freight train approached, they all jumped on it and a few moments later jumped out into some bushes alongside the railroad tracks.
Albert Rosales indicates as source "Linda Biafore, UFO and Paranormal Perceptions #27, summer 1994."
The source "Linda Biafore, UFO and Paranormal Perceptions #27, summer 1994" appears to be a simple letter published in a bulletin according to other cases for which this reference is indicated as source by Albert Rosales. "UFO and Paranormal Perception" is unknown as a bulletin and is probably "Alternate Perceptions" N.27, a self-published magazine on the UFOS and the paranormal by Brent Reynes.
Linda Biafore is a resident of Arizona whose only other traces I found are a letter to a UFO website ensuring that there was a UFO crash in Pinedale on June 23, 1996 with massive intervention of the military to recover it, and some other stories in the catalogue by Albert Rosales.
It thus does not seem there is any corroboration, verification, or investigation, into this story.
