In a 1966 UFO book, well-known ufologist Coral Lorenzen told of a story which was still under investigation: it was is about a man from Brasilia, not named, who claimed that in early 1965, he was captured by "a disc" crew and taken to another planet, where he was subjected to a series of rigorous physical strength test.
He claimed he knew he was not on the moon, although there were craters on the planet he was brought to. The air on that planet was thin, it was cold and extremely dry and the aliens lived indoors. The author speculated that he was maybe brought to Mars, as the Mariner space probe had just sent pictures of craters on Mars.
The man claimed that he saw thousands of spaceships on that planet, and that the extraterrestrials told him it was their fleet, ready to "peacefully" invade the Earth the next year, i.e. 1966.
The author indicated that is was established that the man really missed from home and from work during two weeks. Nothing else seemed to have surfaced since about this story for which Coral Lorenzen provided no source references.

[Ref. lo1:] CORAL LORENZEN:
The authors indicate that an account still under investigation is about a man from Brazilia who claimed that in early 1965, he was captured by a disc crew and taken to another planet, where he was subjected to a series of rigorous physical strength test.
He claimed he knew he was not on the moon, although he claimed that there were craters on the planet he was brought: there was thin air. it was cold and extremely dry and the aliens lived indoors. The authors speculate that he was maybe brought to Mars, since the Mariner probe had just sent pictures of craters on Mars.
He claimed that he saw thousands of what we call UFO on the planet and that the extraterrestrial told him it was their fleet, ready to invade the Earth "peacefully" the next year, 1966.
The authors indicate that is was established that the man really missed from home and from work during two weeks.
[Ref. bh1:] ROBERT E. BARTHOLOMEW AND GEORGE S. HOWARD:
The authors indicate that early in 1965, in Brasilia, Brazil, an unnamed male claimed to have been abducted by a UFO crew and taken to their cold and thin-aired planet, pocked with craters, and to have seen thousands of UFOs that were to be used in "a peaceful invasion" of Earth in 1966.
The authors indicate that the source is Coral Lorenzen, "Flying Saucers: The Startling Evidence of the Invasion from Outer Space" (New York: Signet, 1966), p. 80, originally published as The Great Flying Saucer Hoax (Tucson: William-Frederick Press, 1962).
[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Brasilia, Brazil, in 1965 at an unknown time, a man claimed he was abducted by a crew of Ufonauts and taken to their home planet, where he was put through a series of rigorous physical exercises; the planet was cold, the air was thin and its surface was pitted with craters. The personnel stationed there lived in specially equipped quarters, and the witness saw thousands of UFOs, and was told that they were being readied for "a peaceful invasion" of earth "next year." It was reliably established that the man was unaccountably gone from his home and job for two weeks. There is no other information.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is Coral Lorenzen.
These claims are dated 1965 and thus could not have been included in the book "The Great Flying Saucer Hoax" of 1962.
There is really nothing at all to defend this story, the typical contactee fable, moreover in this case totally missing any useful information item. No source is given, the witness name, age, occupation, background is not told, there is no description of the alleged UFO, no description of the alleged occupants, and the mentioned on-going investigation's results are not available.
