Brief summary of the event and follow-up:
A saucerist book reportedly indicated in 1992 that near Farellones, Parcela Rucacura, Chile, on October 17, 1965 at an unknown time, a young student, Hector Abarca, who suffered from poliomyelitis, was walking home when he was enveloped by a strange cloud or fog.
He was allegedly carried away for a short distance, but does not remember much of the incident.
Although there is no mention of any occupant in the story, it was nevertheless included in a catalogue of encounters with humanoids.

Albert Rosales indicates as source "Ovnis Extraterrestres y Otros en Chile" and comments that it is a possible unexplored abduction attempt.
Points to consider:

I found no other sources about this alleged incident.
Obviously, no UFO occupants were seen, and thus the CE3 label or the inclusion as encounter with humanoids is based on speculation and not justified.
Farellones being a ski resort, it is even possible that all this story is only a distorted version of some incident in which a boy was caight in a storm.
