It seems that a report from one Norm Buckallew, probably a testimony on the website of the CAUS ufology group that campaigned for the freedom of access to Government documents about UFOs, thereafter disappeared.
The story indicated apparently, according to a ufology catalogue, that in the Gunnison River Valley, Colorado, USA, one evening in September 1965, someone saw from the highway, a very large and very black triangle moving towards the mountains in the North-East, flying at approximately 40 miles at no more than 300 feet above ground-level, making no noise and bearing no external light, with the result that if there had not been a full moon, the person would not have noticed it.
The person left the car and observed it slip almost above him. On the side of the object which was closest, the person noticed a certain number of windows "in the shape of port-holes" where a yellowish light coming from the inside was visible. The person thus managed to see the silhouettes of a certain number of small humanoid beings with large heads coming at these windows to watch the person.
The observation seems to have continued with interruptions during a few minutes.

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Gunnison River Valley, Colorado, on September 1965, in the evening, the witness saw a black triangle from the highway heading toward the mountains in the northeast. It flew about 40 mph not more than 300 ft off the ground, made no sound and had no outside lights. If the moon had not been out full he would have never noticed the object. He got out of the car and watched it gliding almost overhead, on its left side nearest to the witness he noticed a number of porthole shaped windows. A yellowish light was emitted from within and he could see the outline of a number of small humanoid creatures with large heads coming to the windows to peer down at him. It continued on and out of sight in a few minutes. The object was very large and very black.
Albert Rosales indicates as source "Norm Buckallew, CAUS."
CAUS, "Citizens Against UFO Secrecy" was an initiative in the United States to obtain the publication of governmental documents on UFOs. CAUS had a web site; which does not exist any more, where people could deposit their testimonys in a section dedicated to that; such was probably the nature of this story. I did not find any ufologist named "Norm Buckallew", this was thus probably the name of the person who deposited his testimony on the CAUS website.
