[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Northwest of Kandalaksha, Kola Peninsula, Murmansk region Russia, on September 1965, at an unknown time, a UFO reportedly crashed. The retrieved fragments were very small particles of melted debris. The craft was totally pulverized, no bodies were found at the site. The craft was apparently shot down by another alien craft. No other information.

Albert Rosales indicates as source Alexander E. Semyenov, Gennadiy Alexandrovich Korneyev.

Points to consider:

Here is a story on the one hand deprived of elements of credibility, on the other hans coming from sources without credibility from a country where such stories are literally invented one after the other. It does not include any "encounter with humanoids" nor any UFO occupant, and thus should not have been claimed to be a CE3.

List of issues:

Id: Topic: Severity: Date noted: Raised by: Noted by: Description: Proposal: Status:
None.

Evaluation:

Not a CE-3. No credibility.
