Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Ciudad Valles, Mexico, on September 1965, at night, at the same time that numerous locals were reporting low level encounters with UFOs several youngsters reported apparently abduction attempts by a tall, blond, blue eyed individual of "Italian appearance" that apparently attempted to lure juveniles under 10-years of age away. A similar individual was seen in nearby San Luis Potosi.
